How to set Password in Nokia Mobile Phones

Nokia provides the facility of  Security Keyguard. User can prevent Its Phone from misuse.
The followings steps should be performed to set a Password on Keypad:

• Go to Menu
• Settings
• Device
• Security Keyguard (TURN ON)

It asks a Password to the User that was set before. If user has bought the Mobile Phone and got the Password as well from a person who was using that before then the User can proceed by providing It a Key-Code, If not then User needs to take the Mobile Phone to Nokia Service Centers. The Default Password for Nokia is 12345, It is for those Users who have got their Pin-Pack Mobile Phones.

• Type the Password

It will set the Password to access the keypad of Mobile Phone.

To change the Password following steps are required to be taken:  

• Settings
• Security
• Access codes
• Change Security code

User can change the Password by doing the above mentioned actions. It will ask User a Password again that was asked in the "Security Keyguard" options. After providing the asked Password, User can set the desired Password.
